Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. Depending on the scan area, your child may be asked to lift or slightly remove clothing for access to the area being examined
Preparation varies by scan type:
Abdominal: Child may need to fast for a few hours.
Pelvic: A full bladder may be required.
Hips / cranial / soft tissue: No preparation needed.
