Minara Ultrasound provides private diagnostic ultrasound services for children and adults in the United Kingdom, including paediatric, musculoskeletal (MSK), abdominal, soft tissue, vascular, and general ultrasound scans.
Pregnancy and obstetric ultrasound scans are not provided.
By booking or attending an appointment with Minara Ultrasound, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Appointment times include preparation, scanning, and explanation of findings.
• Late arrival may result in reduced scan time or cancellation without refund.
• Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged in full.
• Failure to attend without notice (Did Not Attend) will result in no refund.
• If Minara Ultrasound cancels an appointment, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.
• Written ultrasound reports are usually provided on the same day.
• Reports may be shared with your GP or clinician with your consent.
• Verbal explanations provided during appointments do not replace the formal written report.
• A parent or legal guardian must attend all paediatric ultrasound appointments.
• Consent must be provided prior to the examination.
• Minara Ultrasound aims to provide a calm, safe, and child-friendly environment.
• Full payment is required prior to or at the time of the appointment.
• Prices are displayed on our website or confirmed at the time of booking.
• Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Minara Ultrasound complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)mand the Data Protection Act 2018.
